Fished with Jason V. 7:30 till almost dark. Lots of contacts and fish moving lost and caught. We were 3 for 5 with me missing two. 32,34,37 . Jason did real well with a very , very small lure. They were liking twitch baits for sure. Weeds left over from last year. Water temps 46. I had an enjoyable day fishing with one of our up and coming Young guns. He is a good stick make no mistake about it. Next time Ill have two batteries for that trolling motor. Mike

The good news is there are a lot of small ones in there right now. We moved and saw almost a dozen in one day. My guess is there are near 10 years of fishing in that lake even if it doesn't get stocked again. But I agree it should still get a couple hundred fish every three years or so. Mike

That's if the spearing crowd takes only legal sized fish. As we've all seen in Austin most of them kill anything that comes through their hole regardless of size. It would be nice to see SOME enforcement of these laws.
