Water 54 or so, clay swill with low visibility, wanted to fish all day but wife's car troubles shortened it some. Thought trolling the two basins in the blustery winds may be a good bet, but no rips except a couple snags. Mixed in a fair amount of casting and got a chunky upper 30s shallow, no other contact. Interesting lake, reminds me of a couple clayish shad forage based Indiana waters I've been on, I don't know if waters like this ever clear up much. Thorn and Ovid can be turbid but also get pretty clear at times too. Junky weeds very shallow only in the swill here, there seems to be some rock and wood down there too, but not a lot.
