Fished all of last week on Eagle Lake out of Andy Myers Lodge and had an amazing time. Caught some good fish and had lots of other close calls and chances at other fish.
Temps: Ranging from 68-74 depending on weather and location on the lake
Weeds: Lots of great cabbage all over the place
Visibility: Very clear water in Myers bay (8') and a little darker water south and east (5')
Fish were using the weeds, rocks, and weed/rock combos but we had best results fishing rocks out east. Double ten bucktails got most of the attention, but double eights and topwaters also moved/caught fish. Got to try out some new spots way east with a guide and had a great day catching 5 fish (39,44,44,47,49), but also caught fish very close to camp. There are really so many spots on this lake that hold 50" fish that you could never leave Myers bay and still catch a ton of big fish. Wasn't really a pattern yet for locations or colors as lots of colors moved fish and lots of locations. One could just bring a box of double tens, double eights, a couple dawgs, a pacemaker/topraider, and a weagle and would be just fine. We had 5 lures going through the water while fishing with the guide (4 of us + the guide) and it was pretty amazing to see the back two people moving a good amount of fish in water that had multiple lures already go through it.

Sounds like a great time, like always. What kind of weather did you guys have there? Pretty stable? Looks like the perfect muskie chop in some of the pics you posted.
It was pretty crazy weather actually. Temperature was pretty stable but cloud conditions and wind direction weren't at all. One minute it would be storming and the next it would be bluebird. Each day had a ton of little storm fronts pass through every couple of hours basically. The temp was good though as it was nice to fish in a sweatshirt and jeans all day, but the constantly changing cloud cover kind of sucked.
