Fished Smallwood Sunday morning from 6:30-11:30. Graph broke on me which was bad news for fishing a new lake, luckily its a small enough lake to navigate easily. Water was real stained and visibility was only about 3-4 feet. Couldnt find too many weeds but fished the ones I did find. Wind was real rough all morning which limited my options on where I could fish.

Had one small one on a Grandma around 9am. It came straight at the boat and I lost it boatside. Probably wasnt even 30" tho, but still nice to see one. Nothin else all day. Pretty tuff conditions to fish, after a week of beautiful weather it decided to get cold, rainy and windy just in time for my chance to be on the water. Hopin to get out at least once more before ice.
