Everyone new the fishing would suck. But when a date is set ahead of time your dealt a hand of cards as far as weather and those are the ones you play. Thanks to JT, Hemi Chemi, Slinger, Mike Root and Bill Fenstra came later. You think the wind was bad when you were on there, when we came off it was twice as bad. In fact we saw muskies on surfboards!! Would be nice to get more people to come, pretty sad commentary.
If you are out any money let me know . I hate to see someone get stuck with the bill. Shelly had an appointment for the 15th but the nerve in that tooth blew up and forced us to get it done when we did. She is pretty bummed. As for the rest of the guys please try to go easy on them as not many us us have the money to fish all the time meaning they have use what funds they have to fish in better conditions. Even if Shelly was ok we would have been crazy to launch our 14 foot jon in 40 mile per hour winds and we can not afford to drag our starcraft that far. W e are crazy though ha ha ha . W e fish in snow storms and lightning. So if you need a donation to help out pm me. Give the hot dogs to a needy family Ill pay you for them. Tight lines. Mike and Michelle

Total bummer on the weather fellas… sorry to hear about that, and the turnout… and the fishing! I really miss fishing on those kinds of days- they are kind of invigorating just for the man-vs-nature aspect, not saying they are productive fishing days or anything (although sometimes…) but they are kind of fun just for the experience. I have had to trade in all my "going fishing just for the hey of it days" so that I can save up time with the family for those "I have to be fishing or else I'm going to die days".
So, sorry I couldn't be there, I could of at least lightened your load of dogs that you had to bring back!…
