Decided to go try Hudson even though the weather was high blue sky and calm conditions. Just seemed like a nice day to be out in the boat with the dog. The water visibility was about 2 feet. Lots of baitfish schools over open water but couldn't get one to go.
Did get a few nice pics of an osprey dive bombing a fish!
Kelly,
There were actually a pair of them that were regularly dive bombing fish while I was casting. I really appreciate getting the opportunity to see and enjoy nature at it's finest. There was a time when you didn't see osprey or eagles this far south except during the spring but times have changed.
