It was a warm,balmy july morning and I was waiting at the boat ramp for my fishing buddy.and..............

... I realized I forgot the boat keys so I went home.

While on my way home to get the boat key I saw what appeared to be Will parked on the side of the road looking at the hubs on his trailer which had smoke rolling off from them. I did what any good club member would do and rolled down my window, stuck my arm out and……

.....Targa, since he lost the boat plug since his last outing. Now he can't fish at all since he's stuck since the WD-40 evaporates. He's in luck though as a State Police officer has pulled up. Butt he begins by writing Will a ticket for....
