Those of you who may not keep up with what Michigan United Conservation Clubs (MUCC) is up to these days, I highly recommend you do. There are very good reasons the Michigan Muskie Alliance is an affiliated member club of MUCC, and here is a good example

Yeah! I really need to join the MUCC. When I was young my father always belonged and I would read the magazine regularly and see what is going on in Michigan. A worthy club, I think.
