White Lake, Lau Road, Public Notice 05-61-0075-P

Please allow me to try something new on this forum. The following is a email I've sent around to help us preserve and improve a small road end access to White Lake. Kingfisher is familiar with this site, but most of you are not. No matter. If you favor protecting public access to White Lake then this is for you to add a positive comment to the DEQ. I just want to see if we can flood the DEQ with support for our public access to White Lake from all over the state by using the web forums.

Here are the links to the Public Notice for the Lau Road End boat launch in White River Twp. It is a small launch, but very important for small boat access on the North side of White Lake close to the White Lake channel. There is a short 20-day comment period from 11/02 to 11/22/05. Could you please write a support letter to the DEQ on behalf of White River Township to assure this important public access to White Lake is established. White River Township has been supportive to protect our access to White Lake. Feel free to pass this notice on to others that will support our access to White Lake. Thank you.
