Lake Michigan Salmon & Trout Stocking Conference

Yes, I know this is a MMA musky forum, however, even musky fishers have been known to go astray and fish for salmon and trout when bored. Therefore I need your input. I will be attending the Lake Michigan Salmon & Trout Stocking Conference at Kenosha , WI this Saturday, 9/24. Actually I'll be wearing the hat as the Michigan Director of the GLSFC http://www.great-lakes.org/. In other forums and your local newspaper you have probably seen discussions pro/con of our Lake Michigan salmon fishery. If you have thoughts and comments you want me to cover, send them on to me.

The following is background reading material:

PS: Shhhh, at our salmon conference last spring the Green Bay guys and I did talk about their GLS program. The WI salmon guys also fish for musky. Have fun on Sanford Lake Saturday.
