Lures???

Post by MuskyDan » Tue Apr 26, 2005 8:10 pm

I am getting prepared to put in the spring order at Hick's for the musky baits. Last year we sold most of the musky innovations stuff, mepps, bucher, harrassers, northland, and rapala. This year I want to try and carry some baits that people cant buy at WalMart, or some other chain store. I am thinking about these for starters, tell me what you think.

Talonz if Kingfisher wants to let us try.
SS Shad
Dunwright gliders
Marv's spinnerbaits
Mollybaits
ERC baits
Phantoms
trinity

Let me know what you think and if there is something you would look at buying if you were ever to stop in the store.

I'm not sure about the lures... I can think of some other things that might be interesting to see if I stopped in Hicks!

Maybe you need to change your handle to KittyDan not MuskyDan.

Lures from Talonz

Post by Kingfisher » Tue Apr 26, 2005 9:06 pm

We can do a spread. I wholesale 24 or more. Get in touch with me soon. The Canadians are scarfing up everything Im making right now. As for the other baits you mentioned. The S.S.Shad is a very good lure. I had on my biggest fish ever on a walleye pattern S.S. Shad. Get some Tuff Shads and CRANES . Cranes are a must. Kingfisher

Hick' Hotties

Post by MuskyDan » Wed Apr 27, 2005 7:50 am

So Will you like the Hick's Hotties eh? They are the reason I wasn't at the banquet. That picture was taken at the fishing expo I was working. We hired the hotties to sell raffle tickets and they were a large sucess selling nearly 1000 tickets in 6 hours. The girl in the skoal shirt, lives in the Grass Lake area and is a bartender at one of the bars down there, so don't be suprised if you don't get a visit this year Tim, maybe I can introduce her to the hoginator.

You blew off your committment to your chapter for those girls? I guess that answers the question - Which end is the brain in?

Muskie Medic - Hopefully you have some friends in vice... Some of what they are selling might not be legal outside of Nevada.

"WORKING"

Post by MuskyDan » Wed Apr 27, 2005 3:21 pm

I was working, the girls were a fringe benefit!! I truly think those young ladies would love to attend the banquet next year to sell raffle tickets, or possibly if Bomba asks nicely they will hand out the trophy at the Shootout!!
