HAYWARD — Just when you thought it was safe to go back into the murky waters of muskie fishing lore ... along comes Larry Ramsell.

The noted Hayward muskie historian, fishing guide and author recently published his "revised, updated and expanded" Volume 1 of "Muskellunge World Records" and Volume 11 of "The History — The Rest of the Story."
