Thanks for the Yup! Now I have a reason to go fish the tahq!Cyberlunge wrote:I was in Dukes sport shop in Newberry a few weeks back and they have a bunch of them NIP mostly deeps but some shallows as well, prices were reasonable. I believe that is where old musky baits go to die as they have Lindy Big M's as well!

Re: RAP Hotline Now Accepts Text Messages
Very cool, and will be helpful. I have not had to use it often, but I can see this being easier and quicker and will hopefully make things more efficient, and in addition make people realize everyone around them has the ability to capture their illegal behavior immediately. Is this a press release f...

Re: Musky Snacks
I think I'm down to 1 or 2 that I can't part with, but my brother has a bunch. I'll have him look through inventory- anything in particular? Deep or shallow, colors? They are sweet little baits but were cheap- some of them were defective and would crack or break easily. Others were solid. They used...

Musky Snacks
My dad is looking for a few Windel's Muskie Snacks. They used to be in the R&H catalog but must not be made anymore. Anyhow, if anyone has a couple they'd like to get rid of, please let me know! (He might be more stubborn than me when it comes to fishing... one brother caught one fish on a musky sna...

I am glad they updated the link. The first email I got for this and the hunting survey were both bad.

Re: Autochart
Here is a picture of a bottom hardness map I made this summer of a 13 acre lake I ice fish. I found 79-ish feet and unfortunately only one spot that had the condition where we catch big gills... http://i113.photobucket.com/albums/n217/vano397/11145105_1114770225217718_7421360458847994597_n_zpsxbzytj...

Autochart
Short story is I have an extra package of Autochart pro. I like using it, but just upgraded to a graph that has it built in so I only need the zero line card that comes in the box. If anyone is interested in autochart pro but doesn't want to drop the coin, it is new and in the package and I will tra...

Alumacraft tracks
I just got done going thru some stuff on my boat, and Traxstech finally got around to making the alumacraft track mounts, which means I have spare parts. I have 6 alumatrac mounts, with 90 degree traxstech mounts on them, and a 24" track left over. If anyone wants them, let me know! I'm cheap!

Re: New regs on personally collected minnows/bait
Probably a good thing... might make things a little difficult. Also a point of interest that all bait must be attached to a hook, and not released into the water. I am curious if attaching to a bridle and then that to a hook fits this stipulation.

Re: 2016 Goals/Plans
My goals are pretty simple.. Personally would like to catch a 50+ on the antrim chain, also would like to catch one out of the inland waterway. It's funny how when you get into musky fishing a legal fish seems like a prize, then its 45, then 50, then a natural 50, then one not in LSC... I might get ...

Haha, and bread! Will Schultz wrote:This is why MMA is different! Most fishing club banquets need to feature a "name" that talks about where/when/how to catch fish, to make everyone happy. MMA members are happiest with a biologist talking about a genetic study... I love it.

Re: Banquet Thank-You
. What was the remarkable stat he gave at the end of the presentation? A 2% increase in harvest is equivalent to a 30% decrease in reproduction output? . 2% increase in annual mortality would lead to a 70% decrease in reproduction output. Ya, would be good enough to show 30%! But 233% more than tha...
