New regs on personally collected minnows/bait

Probably a good thing... might make things a little difficult. Also a point of interest that all bait must be attached to a hook, and not released into the water. I am curious if attaching to a bridle and then that to a hook fits this stipulation.

It has been restructured and I have edited the link to the new press release. I wonder if the email I sent questioning weather or not bait caught from one lake could be transported and used in another lake if it's barrier free had anything to do with the change? It makes much more sense to be able to use bait in any connecting lake you choose so long as the fish are free to move to and from anyways.
