florida keys fishing

Post by muskaholic » Sun Apr 14, 2013 8:19 pm

I'm heading down to marathon in a few weeks and was wondering if anyone has any tips, advice or connections for fishing down there. I'm going to rent a boat and fish some wrecks for whatever will eat my musky baits. Thanks

Get some setups for livebait. Hard to beat livebait in saltwater and good luck.

if you go to one of the marinas and ask around there is usually a guy that drives around selling live bait (how sweet would that be around here). we used mullet for tarpon and crab for permit. good luck post picks!
A fish in the sewer is better than none in the pool, or something, I think -Duke
