WTB - 15-30HP outboard motor

I am looking for a 15-30 HP outboard motor, preferably Johnson/Evinrude but any will do if its the right deal. Anything late 70's to present will be considered, but most likely if its less than 5 years old it may be out of my price range. Thought I had one but the guy is now trying to jam me for a few hundred dollars more than originally agreed upon, so now I'm scrambling to find another. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I have been checking, but most of what I'm finding is over-priced junk. Thanks for the help though.
