Night Fishing

Jason got me hooked on topwater, after last week Friday I have condensed my arsenal to 4 lures, 2 of them being Phantoms!!

The night fishing trip I took with Will and Jim resulted in me catching one fish on a Pacemaker and I was moving it very fast when it got hit. Go figure!

It's made by Phantom, Viper model, Hard plastic. When I bought it from D & R the only thing I recall seeing on the package was Phantom but I am sure it has a name. I haven't named it any of my lures yet..

That makes more sense... a Viper is a surface lure.

Did you read this in Kid Coulson's book of Muskie Riddles.

How about this... you can catch them at night reeling your lure in fast, slow or somewhere between.

Thats better!!
As far as lures go, bigger profile lures seem to work best but
there are times when a small lure is the right choice.

Fact: Fast is good but so is slow and medium.
Fact: Big lures work, small lures work and medium lures work too.

Fact - When fishing for Muskie’s you can find fish both in and out of the weeds.
Fact - Muskie’s are usually found in the following depth ranges: deep, shallow and somewhere in between.
