Musky fever Antrim chain!

Post by statebjg » Sat Mar 05, 2011 12:15 pm

Just wondering how ofter any of you fish the Antrim chain? I have been smally fishing up there for years. Easily my favorite water to fish. I am new to musky fishing and I was wondering if there is good places to go and or places not to waste my time. My father owns a cabin on lake skegemog. I will go anywhere in the area. I will be at the seminar tonight. Thank you for any pointers you throw my way.

Hey State welcome to the forum!!!

I live in Interlochen and do most of my fishing on the Antrim Chain.

If your at the banquet tonight there is going to be a presentation on the tracking study and that really will give you more information than anyone can give you.

Skegemog is a great lake but density is low so you have to put in a lot of hours. (that goes for any lake on the chain).

I would love to talk specifics and I'm sure many other people on this forum would as well and the banquet tonight is a great place to do it.
If I'm not going to catch fish. I might as well not be catching Muskies...
