I am one that worries enough about injuring or killing a fish during the warm temps, so i didn't go out when i got back from canada in the 2nd wk of july, till Aug 31 i believe. Think i got 15 with the limited hours on the water this year, 45 was my biggest, an...

ya there should be some simple rust remover stuff at any hardware store.. Works good for cleaning any tools that rust. Not sure of any product name, but have used diff types of stuff like that before and it has worked well.

I would prob bass fish more, but that just gets old sometimes. Well i should probably dedicated more time to finding a job with my degree since being done with college, but no love. I feel like finding a job is as hard as musky fishing sometimes. In michigan though it is probably worse.

id just like it to be somewhat stained on murray instead of crystal clear so a lot of the fish don't get spooked from the boat or you doing your thing next to the boat.

The thing that im curious about is are the livewells in the charter boats on st clair the same temp as the surface temp? If not i would imagine a huge shock on a fish putting it back into a warm surface temp after sitting in a cool tank
