I would go to Murray. I got a fish there a couple days ago on a deep diving crank bait.

Dont feel bad Master, I havnt seen a fish in my last 6 or 7 muskie trips.

Master, Last time I was there the bait fish were stacked in Kettle(Kettle is the deep side,and "bait fish" doesnt always mean top shelf muskie forage) Its a area to try however. Master, IMO a buck thirty is going to limit you quite a bit. Right off hand Id say look for some good used stuff. New stuff,... maybe a cheaper ABU garcia 5500 series,Phlueger trion, or the low end Shamono corvalas. Rod choice,.. maybe a Gander Mountian musky series. Length is another tuff question....
