It appears that the lakemaster for lowrance has been discontinued. I did like that one better for certain uses, but as far as LSC and the other HD lakes goes there isn't much difference. There is a Navionics Hotmaps Premium Michigan-only chip for Humminbird and Lowrance (same SD card apparently readable by both). I just bought it last month at Cabela's for about $90. It's only just OK for Ovid and Thorn; not bad for Anchor Bay, but only has the US side of LSC. Haven't used it anywhe...

I caught one and moved three others yesterday, but have had not much success there so far this year, or anywhere else for that matter. Weeds look quite good, visibility about 6' in most places, temp 75-77°F.

There was no curly leaf to speak of at all last year. I suspect this year will be similar. And compared to what it was 8 years ago, it's far less weedy now even when the milfoil is peaking.
