John Engler would be proud of Jenny Engler continuing the cut cut cut to destroy the DEQ and DNR as combined DNRE. You got what you wished for thus no need for any hypocrite complaints. The weed eater is a fast way to spread the Eurasion watermilfoil. Every piece of floating plant is a new plant in a new location. The machines are not efficient at collecting everything they cut.
