I'd have to agree as well with the Indian river system and Antrim chain. But with me being way over here on the east side of the state, my third choice would have to be the Huron river system.....

Yeah, that Navionics hotmaps premium Michigan chip is what I was looking at. Kinda sucks it is U.S. side only though. Jeff, does the regional chip have U.S. and Canadian side for LSC? I assume it does......

Yes, casters only. In Sept, that will be the only muskie tourney on the lake. The tourney in Aug. will have the usual trolling tourney and ALSO a seperate casting division.

September 29th and 30th. No other muskie tourney's on the lake that weekend. Hopefully there will be some good participation for this. From what I hear this should be a sweet tourney with bait give-aways and the like and over 1000 bux in prizes and cash for first! There will also be a casting tourne...

Will, I do start that way. After 9,999 casts with large rubber I start to get sloppy.....lol

That's weird, the only handle mine came with was a power handle. I thought that's the way I've seen them advertised as well.

Used this reel for the first time over the weekend. Very nice reel. One bad thing about it that I learned about this reel is that it will self engage occasionally on the cast. NOT GOOD. Especially when using heavy lures. I ran into someone on the water who I know uses these reels exclusively. He tol...
