I know Tackle industries has a youth rod. As for what reel to get I would go with a Lexa 300 you can find them new on Amazon for around $140 new or look on M1 for a used one. They are easy to use and about the smallest "muskie" reel I know of.

If this is going to be an "all purpose" reel the revo is a good reel but I wouldn't get the winch. The winch has a lot of power but the line pick up sucks for jerkbaits and makes it hard to bulge Bucktails.
