The VP of the WI Muskie Alliance flew his private plane to Pelston airport to help us get the eggs back to the Wild Rose hatchery. 1991 to 2012 ...

Re: MDNR Seeking Public Opinion on Proposed Muskie Regulatio

The original article had the photo of the Shark model which is much more intimidating with the teeth, eyes, and the fin when cruising just below the surface. By cruising slowly below the surface a few beer drinkers on the beach could generate some emergency calls of JAWS.

The next water toy musky nightmare?

YIKES !!!! Move over, jet skis – there’s a new watercraft for the future to terrorize our musky lakes. Seabreachers, sold by Innespace, are like one-person submarines that can dive, go 40 mph on the surface and up to 20 mph under the water. Just imagine one of those popping up next to you on a quiet...

Pete, Your friend is correct. I get the same reports from Ludington. The local DNR COs need to use volunteer undercover spotters and start clamping down hard on the violators. Unfortunately Ludington is very much like Montague where the biggest local violators are the role model heroes, and DNR law ...
